Pricing may change if:

Surfaces require more extensive cleaning than originally anticipated.

Hidden conditions are discovered before or during service.

Customers will be notified of any pricing changes before additional work is performed.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

4. Customer Responsibilities

Before our arrival, customers agree to:

Ensure a working outdoor water source is available.

Secure pets inside the home or another safe location.

Close all windows and doors.

Remove or protect fragile items, decorations, furniture, electronics, and valuables near cleaning areas.

Inform us of any damaged surfaces, loose siding, cracked windows, electrical concerns, or other conditions that could affect cleaning.

Straight Pressure South Florida is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions.

5. Weather

Pressure washing is weather dependent.

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

Lightning

High winds

Severe weather

Other unsafe working conditions

6. Results

While we strive to achieve the best possible cleaning results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of:

Rust stains

Oil stains

Oxidation

Paint

Deep organic staining

Hard water stains

Permanent discoloration

Surface damage caused by age or previous neglect

Certain stains may require specialized restoration services beyond standard pressure washing.

7. Surface Conditions
